Earnings ReportWakita & Co.,LTD. <8125> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 11th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 increased 13.9% from the previous period to 6.5 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 5.5% from the previous period to 6.15 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 70 yen to 100 yen (compared to 62 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 100 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.96 billion yen, a 28.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.6% in the same period last year to 4.1%.
