Harima-Kyowa Co.,LTD. <7444> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 31st (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) increased 8.6% from the same period last year, reaching 1.67 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 2.1 billion yen was 79.8%, almost the same as the five-year average of 78.6%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to decrease 16.5% from the same period last year to 0.42 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 11.2% from the same period last year, reaching 0.51 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.9% in the same period last year to 3.6%.
