Guidance Update ReportNankai Tatsumura Construction Co., Ltd. <1850> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 28th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 13.2%, from the previous forecast of 2.05 billion yen to 2.32 billion yen (compared to 1.62 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 26.2% to 42.8%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 19.2%, from the previous forecast of 1.4 billion yen to 1.67 billion yen (compared to 1.48 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 12.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 4 yen to 6 yen (compared to 4 yen in the previous period).
