Samty Residential Investment <3459> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 28th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2025 has been revised upward 10.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.97 billion yen to 2.19 billion yen (compared to 2.63 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 24.9% to 16.7%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2616 yen to 2796 yen (compared to 3118 yen in the previous period).
