Guidance Update Report

Imagineer Co.,Ltd. <4644> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 26th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 34.3%, from the previous forecast of 670 million yen to 900 million yen (compared to 656 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.1% to 37.2%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.4 times, from the previous forecast of 167 million yen to 397 million yen (compared to 244 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 62.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 45 yen to 55 yen (compared to 45 yen in the previous period).
