Newtech Co., Ltd. <6734> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 26th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 has decreased 15.8%, from the previous forecast of 442 million yen to 372 million yen (compared to 394 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 5.6% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 23.6%, from the previous forecast of 296 million yen to 226 million yen (compared to 182 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 62.6% to 24.2%.
