Guidance Update ReportCHIeru Co.,Ltd. <3933> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 25th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 10.0%, from the previous forecast of 600 million yen to 660 million yen (compared to 662 million yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 9.4% to 0.3%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 16.1%, from the previous forecast of 372 million yen to 432 million yen (compared to 316 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 17.7% to 36.7%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 10 yen to 12 yen (compared to 7 yen in the previous period).
