Guidance Update ReportLECIP HOLDINGS CORPORATION <7213> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the morning on March 10th (10:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 66.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.8 billion yen to 3 billion yen (compared to 3.55 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 49.4% to 15.7%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 2.9 times, from the previous forecast of 0.62 billion yen to 1.82 billion yen (compared to 3.12 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 80.0% to 41.6%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 10 yen to 20 yen (compared to 8.5 yen in the previous period).
