HIRANO TECSEED CO.,LTD. <6245> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:15). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 24.6% from the same period last year to 2.06 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 3 billion yen was 68.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 73.1%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 42.7% from the same period last year, reaching 0.93 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.86 billion yen, a 55.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 15.1% in the same period last year to 5.5%.
