DAYTONA CORPORATION <7228> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:10). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 1.9% from the previous period to 1.71 billion yen, falling below the forecast of 1.78 billion yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 4.4% from the previous period to 1.64 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 135 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 22.3% from the same period last year, reaching 0.37 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 8.1% in the same period last year to 9.8%.
