NIPPON CONCEPT CORPORATION <9386> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 17.5% from the previous period to 2.88 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 13.6% to 3.27 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 80 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 33.5% from the same period last year, reaching 0.74 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 13.7% in the same period last year to 13.7%.
