TOHO LAMAC CO.,LTD. <7422> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 31st (15:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending December 2024 turned into a profit of 102 million yen (compared to a loss of 178 million yen in the previous period). In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the ordinary profit is expected to expanded to 56.9% to 160 million yen.

At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 11.4 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on December 20, this dividend represents an actual increase of 1.8%.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 45 million yen (compared to a loss of 38 million yen in the same period last year).
