Hankyu Hanshin REIT Inc. <8977> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 24th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending November 2024 increased 5.2% from the previous period to 2.19 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending May 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.5% from the previous period to 2.18 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3100 yen to 3155 yen (compared to 3030 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3140 yen.
