Guidance Update ReportSTG CO.,LTD. <5858> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on January 22nd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 51.5%, from the previous forecast of 330 million yen to 500 million yen (compared to 300 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 10.0% to 66.7%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.3 times, from the previous forecast of 126 million yen to 296 million yen (compared to 238 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 24.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 30 yen to 35 yen (compared to 25 yen in the previous period).
