United Urban Investment <8960> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 21st (15:35). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending November 2024 increased 13.5% from the previous period to 12.6 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending May 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 6.5% from the previous period to 11.8 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3830 yen to 3937 yen (compared to 3629 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 4000 yen.
