KUSHIKATSU TANAKA HOLDINGS <3547> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 14th (17:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending November 2024 increased 1.6% from the previous period to 0.84 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending November 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 35.9% to 1.15 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.12 billion yen, a 42.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.4% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
