Toell Co.,Ltd. <3361> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 12th (16:00). The consolidated net income/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May to October) turned into a loss of 29 million yen (compared to a profit of 781 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the November to April period (second half) is expected to decrease 14.2% from the same period last year to 1.19 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (2Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 338 million yen, a 17.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.5% in the same period last year to 5.4%.
