Global One Real Estate Investment <8958> [TSE-REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 19th (15:30). ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 decreased by 16.2% from the previous period to 2.81 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 14.7% to 3.23 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2427 yen to 2528 yen (compared to 2959 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3238 yen.
