PBsystems,Inc. <4447> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 22.7% from the previous period to 362 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 3.9% to 376 million yen, marking the seventh consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the seventh consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company the policy is to pay a dividend of 10～12.5 yen for this fiscal year (compared to 10 yen in the previous period).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit grew by 29.1% from the same period last year, reaching 266 million yen. However, the operating profit margin significantly dropped from 24.5% in the same period last year to 16.6%.
