Livesense Inc. <6054> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 14th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) dropped by 33.7% from the same period last year to 338 million yen. The progress rate against the 360 million yen full-year plan was 93.9%, below the five-year average of 96.0%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to significant drop by 84.2% from the same period last year to 22 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 40 million yen, a 80.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 11.2% in the same period last year to 0.1%.
