ETS Group Co.,Ltd. <253A> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 14th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 expanded to 74.4% from the previous period to 544 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 18.6% from the previous period to 443 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 10 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew by 24.5% from the same period last year, reaching 61 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 1.8% in the same period last year to 1.4%.
