I-FREEK MOBILE INC. <3845> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 14th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) expanded to a loss of 41 million yen (compared to a loss of 40 million yen in the same period last year).

In addition, the full-year ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 54 million yen to a loss of 36 million yen, turning to a loss outlook.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of loss of 26 million yen (compared to a loss of 44 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -7.8% in the same period last year to -4.9%.

Note: Since the current fiscal year, the company has transitioned to non-consolidated financial statements.
