SYNCLAYER INC. <1724> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) dropped by 38.5% from the same period last year to 163 million yen. The progress rate against the 640 million yen full-year plan was 25.5%, also falling below the five-year average of 75.8%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to expand by 47.7% from the same period last year, reaching 477 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 5 million yen (compared to a profit of 99 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit margin improved from 3.9% in the same period last year to 5.8%.
