TEIKOKU SEN-I Co.,Ltd. <3302> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) increased by 14.3% from the same period last year, reaching 3.08 billion yen. The progress rate against the 4.5 billion yen full-year plan was 68.6%, exceeding the five-year average of 65.7%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to expand by 62.9% from the same period last year, reaching 1.41 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of profit of 398 million yen (compared to a loss of 24 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -12.8% in the same period last year to -1.9%.
