SPACE CO.,LTD. <9622> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) expanded to 2.62 billion yen, an increase of 79.4% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate against the 3.49 billion yen full-year plan was 75.2%, also surpassing the five-year average of 67.6%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to decrease by 25.0% from the same period last year to 865 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 427 million yen, an increase of 2.2% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 3.8% in the same period last year to 2.9%.
