SAWAI GROUP HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. <4887> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 8th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has downwardly by 12.0%, from the previous forecast of 30 billion yen to 26.4 billion yen (compared to 13.6 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.2 times to 92.8%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated net income has downwardly by 14.1%, from the previous forecast of 22 billion yen to 18.9 billion yen (compared to 8.44 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.6 times to 2.2 times.
