Guidance Update Report

PRESSANCE CORPORATION <3254> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 7th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 has been revised upward by 24.5%, from the previous forecast of 22.5 billion yen to 28 billion yen (compared to 25.3 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 10.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase by 84.9%, from the previous forecast of 6.5 billion yen to 12 billion yen (compared to 10.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 17.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 44 yen to 45 yen (compared to 40 yen in the previous period).
