THE PACK CORPORATION <3950> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) increased by 8.4% from the same period last year, reaching 5.12 billion yen. The progress rate against the 8.4 billion yen full-year plan was 61.0%, exceeding the five-year average of 55.0%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to decrease by 1.8% from the same period last year to 3.27 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.46 billion yen, a 7.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.7% in the same period last year to 6.1%.
