E-Guardian Inc. <6050> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 decreased by 5.4% from the previous period to 1.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 6.8% to 1.82 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 35 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 430 million yen, an increase of 2.9% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 14.7% in the same period last year to 14.5%.
