VIA Holdings,Inc. <7918> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 29th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 40.9%, from the previous forecast of 115 million yen to 162 million yen (compared to 47 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.4 times to 3.4 times.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 370 million yen(compared to 249 million yen in the previous period).
