Makoto Construction CO,Ltd <8995> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 29th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 40 million yen to a loss of 54 million yen (compared to a profit of 106 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 170 million yen(compared to 192 million yen in the previous period).
