Guidance Update Report

DAISHO CO.,LTD. <2816> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 28th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 90.9%, from the previous forecast of 220 million yen to 420 million yen (compared to 299 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 40.5% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 730 million yen(compared to 901 million yen in the previous period).
