OCHI HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <3166> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 28th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has downwardly by 38.2%, from the previous forecast of 3.4 billion yen to 2.1 billion yen (compared to 2.73 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 23.1% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has downwardly by 44.1%, from the previous forecast of 1.7 billion yen to 950 million yen (compared to 1.53 billion yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 38.0% decrease in profit.
