KUSHIKATSU TANAKA HOLDINGS <3547> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 15th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending November 2024 (December 2023 to August 2024) increased by 17.0% from the same period last year, reaching 723 million yen. The progress rate against the 950 million yen full-year plan was 76.1%, it was below the five-year average of 82.4%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the September to November period (4Q) is expected to grow by 5.6% from the same period last year, reaching 227 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 231 million yen, a 15.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.4% in the same period last year to 5.7%.
