ASMARQ Co., Ltd. <4197> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 15th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending November 2024 (December 2023 to August 2024) increased by 7.7% from the same period last year, reaching 323 million yen. The progress rate against the 366 million yen full-year plan was 88.3%, it was below the same period of the previous year of 90.4%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the September to November period (4Q) is expected to expand by 34.4% from the same period last year, reaching 43 million yen.
