Guidance Update Report

UUUM Co.,Ltd <3990> [TSE-G] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 15th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 (an irregular 16-month accounting period) has been revised upward by 7.4%, from the previous forecast of 540 million yen to 580 million yen. However, the full-year consolidated net income has downwardly by 8.5%, from the previous forecast of 295 million yen to 270 million yen.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the December to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase by 6.6%, from the previous forecast of 605 million yen to 645 million yen.

Note: Due to a change in the fiscal year ending September 2024 (16-month fiscal year), comparisons with the same period in the previous year are not provided since there is no corresponding period.
