UPR Corporation <7065> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 15th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending August 2024 decreased by 26.3% from the previous period to 878 million yen. For the fiscal year ending August 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 36.7% to 1.2 billion yen. This will be the eleventh consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 16 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 89 million yen, a 54.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 4.0% in the same period last year to 0.5%.
