AFC-HD AMS Life Science Co.,Ltd. <2927> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 15th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending August 2024 increased by 16.3% from the previous period to 1.92 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending August 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 14.3% to 2.2 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in four years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 32 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 410 million yen, a 27.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 8.5% in the same period last year to 5.4%.
