Saison Technology Co.,Ltd. <9640> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 18th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has downwardly by 11.1%, from the previous forecast of 900 million yen to 800 million yen (compared to 121 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 7.4 times to 6.6 times.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 2.2 billion yen(compared to 1.07 billion yen in the previous period).
