FIRSTLOGIC,INC. <6037> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 13th (16:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending July 2024 increased by 5.0% from the previous period to 1.18 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 35.5% to 1.6 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 9 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the ordinary profit grew by 5.6% from the same period last year, reaching 302 million yen. However, the operating profit margin significantly dropped from 53.3% in the same period last year to 34.4%.
