OM2Network Co.,Ltd. <7614> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2025 (February to July) decreased by 11.3% from the same period last year to 803 million yen. However, this progress accounts for 51.1% of the full-year plan of 1.57 billion yen, also surpassing the five-year average of 43.1%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the August to January period (second half) is expected to decrease by 25.1% from the same period last year to 767 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 270 million yen, a 37.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.9% in the same period last year to 3.0%.
