YAMAYA CORPORATION <9994> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 14th (15:45). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 39.6%, from the previous forecast of 5.63 billion yen to 3.40 billion yen (compared to 5.56 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 38.9% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 49.4%, from the previous forecast of 2.49 billion yen to 1.26 billion yen (compared to 2.48 billion yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 49.3% decrease in profit.
