Guidance Update Report

Verite Co.,Ltd. <9904> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 11th (13:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 0.5%, from the previous forecast of 193 million yen to 194 million yen (compared to 236 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 18.2% to 17.8%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 877 million yen(compared to 919 million yen in the previous period).
