CONSEC CORPORATION <9895> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) was a reduced loss of 26 million yen (compared to a loss of 38 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to drop 47.4% from the same period last year to 41 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 3 million yen (compared to a loss of 9 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit/loss margin worsened from -0.5% in the same period last year to -1.4%.
