Guidance Update Report

CONSEC CORPORATION <9895> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 13th (16:00). The consolidated operating profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 130 million yen to a loss of 90 million yen (compared to a loss of 3 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated operating profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 60 million yen to a loss of 109 million yen (compared to a loss of 49 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
