CHARLE CO.,LTD. <9885> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) turned into a loss of 257 million yen (compared to a profit of 713 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to further decrease loss of 83 million yen (compared to a loss of 98 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 37 million yen, a 80.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 5.3% in the same period last year to 0.9%.
