SENSHU ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. <9824> [TSE-P] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on September 5th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2024 (November 2023 to July 2024) increased by 17.9% from the same period last year, reaching 7.82 billion yen. This progress accounts for 78.3% of the full-year plan of 10 billion yen, also surpassing the five-year average of 73.7%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the August to October period (4Q) is expected to grow by 1.9% from the same period last year, reaching 2.17 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew by 15.9% from the same period last year, reaching 2.5 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 6.6% in the same period last year to 7.3%.
