SECOM CO., LTD. <9735> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) decreased 3.7% from the same period last year to 39.3 billion yen. However, Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 77.1 billion yen was 51.0%, almost the same as the five-year average of 50.3%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin rose from 10.8% in the same period last year to 11.2%.
