TANABE CONSULTING GROUP CO., LTD. <9644> [TSE-P] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on September 11th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 27.3%, from the previous forecast of 605 million yen to 770 million yen (compared to 585 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 3.4% to 31.6%.

Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 1.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.48 billion yen to 1.5 billion yen (compared to 1.01 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 46.7% to 48.2%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in thirty one years.

At the same time, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 19 yen to 20 yen (compared to 18 yen in the same period of the previous year), resulting in the annual dividend of 47 yen.
