FORVAL TELECOM,INC. <9445> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) expanded 0.19 billion yen, an increase 41.5% compared to the same period last year. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.21 billion yen was 15.8%, almost the same as the five-year average of 16.3%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin improved from 2.3% in the same period last year to 3.5%.
